Commodore Partners Ltd, a private equity firm owned by the Carl Westcott family, held a groundbreaking ceremony yesterday for The Mark at Midtown Park, a 274 unit luxury apartment community located on the east side of N. Central Expressway, just north of Meadow Road. A Ford dealership on the site was demolished in 2008 and the property was rezoned to allow multifamily in 2013.

The Mark at Midtown Park in the works on North Central Expressway

A real estate investment company owned by Dallas businessman Carl Westcott is kicking off construction on a new North Dallas apartment community.

Work has already started on the 274-unit Mark at Midtown Park apartments located on the east side of North Central Expressway near Meadow Road.

The 4-story apartment development is being built at the entrance to the 80-acre Midtown Park mixed-use project.
